Yes bbtools is freeware as well and I really should have released it under
gpl. I did not think I could do that with bbmpeg as it contained code from
other sources. bbtools does not, it is all my code with a few additions
from a couple of users.

Feel free to use bbtools code as if it were released with a gpl license.
